Although the hotel was overall great, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel. the noise from the street could be heard in the rooms at night, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

My xmas stay was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was amazing and very delicious. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was also very close to the main plaza. The garden-courtyard-hangout space was a great place to relax and unwind. The spa offered excellent massages that were truly amazing.

The room was a bit drafty and could have used a heater. We also had some trouble with the water supply, but it was resolved promptly.
